Town of Lincoln — Notice to Residents
Subject: Fire Number Sign Replacement
The Town of Lincoln is in the process of replacing fire number signs. Existing single-faced signs will be upgraded to double-faced signs to comply with the County’s Uniform Addressing System Ordinance. These new signs will improve visibility from both directions, enhancing emergency response and public safety.
Due to the volume of signs being replaced, this will be a multi-year project. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work through this process.
More updates will be shared as the project progresses.
Please note that there are approximately 2,280 fire numbers in the town, and completing this project will require significant time and resources.
