DRIVEWAY PERMIT REQUIREMENT
Please use the form below to apply for a Driveway Permit.
A Driveway Permit Number is required for properties located on Town roads in order to obtain a Fire Number. Driveway permits are not required for properties located on private roads.
Please complete the application and return it to the Town Office along with the $75.00 application fee.
