Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town of Lincoln Board may be present at the Vilas County Zoning & Planning Committee Public Hearing, Date: Thursday, October 3, 2019. Time: 9:00 AM Location: Vilas County Courthouse, Conference Rooms 2 & 3 330 Court Street Eagle River, WI 54521

Public Hearing Description, An application for a Conditional Use, Permit # CUP2-19, submitted by Jason & Nicole Bach, owner; of a property zoned General Business, being part of the SW ¼ & SE ¼, Section 31, Town 40 North, Range 10 East, Town of Lincoln, Vilas County, Wisconsin, known by Vilas County Computer Parcel 14-1638 for use as a 200 Unit Campground and Zipline/Aerial Trekking. 

This constitutes a meeting of the Lincoln Town Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W.2d 409 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Lincoln Town Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
