NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING FOR THE TOWN OF LINCOLN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 6:00 P.M.
at the Lincoln Town Hall a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET of
the Town of Lincoln will be held. The proposed budget in detail is
available for inspection at the Town Hall (1205 Sundstein Road, Eagle
River, WI) from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The
following is a summary of the proposed Budget:

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE
ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF LINCOLN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 immediately
following completion of the public hearing on the proposed budget
which begins at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, a Special Town Meeting of
the Electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of the Wisconsin
Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
1. To approve the total highway expenditures for 2015 pursuant to
s.82.03(2)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
2. To approve the elected officials’ salaries for the April 2015-2017
term pursuant to Section 60.32 of Wisconsin
Statutes.
3. To approve the 2014 town tax levy to be paid in 2015 pursuant to
Section 60.10(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
4. To authorize the Town Board to obtain a short term loan not to
exceed $150,000 in case of emergency.
A Special Meeting of the Town Board will be held at the Town Hall
immediately following the Special Town Meeting of the Electors to
adopt the 2015 Budget.
