NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town of Lincoln Board may
be present at a meeting with Wisconsin Department of Transportation
Representatives to discuss the street lighting on Highway 45 North.
The meeting will take place at the Lincoln Town Hall, 1205 Sundstein
Road, Eagle River, WI 54521 at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 13, 2014.

 

This constitutes a meeting of the Lincoln Town Board pursuant to State
ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W.2d
409 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Lincoln Town
Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
